Kaushik is presently the leader of GainOps’ data and analytics practice. Previously, he has built and led Telecom Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management practices at Tech Mahindra and Ericsson’s erstwhile global delivery centers. These practices were a single global source of sales and delivery support. Kaushik’s solid engineering background – he designed and developed embedded software and managed features for several Xerox products – enables him to lead his teams to develop innovative assets that help reduce both sales and delivery time lines and costs.

Kaushik is known to be an empathetic and thorough listener. He is skilled at understanding business requirements and developing effective solutions for them. A former President of Rochester Toastmasters, the oldest Toastmasters chapter of the State of New York (founded in 1947), he is equally skilled in communicating with and leading his colleagues and customers to deliver high quality solutions to problems.

Kaushik is a US citizen and is presently resident in the Indian city of Kolkata.

Kriti is the front end lead of GainOps’ analytics and Business Intelligence reporting team. She started her career with GainOps and has since worked on various projects of data management, data integration and automation across sectors like banking, manufacturing and IT.

Kriti’s deep knowledge of end to end data landscape and business processes enable her to bridge the gap between business and technology. Kriti completed her B.Sc. in Mathematics from Lady Sri Ram College, New Delhi and M.Sc. in Business Analytics from University of Manchester. She is a food enthusiast, an artist at heart and loves to travel.
